Property photography services begin at 150 euros (40 photos). The final cost may vary depending on the specific property. Please note that this price excludes IGIC (7%).

The basic package includes 40 photographs. Additional photographs beyond this amount will incur an additional charge.

I utilize the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV camera in conjunction with the Sigma 14-24 mm 1:2.8 DG lens, mounted on a Manfrotto 804RC2 tripod for stability during photography sessions.

Post-production processes are subsequently applied to the captured images using specialized software such as Lightroom and Photoshop to enhance and refine the final output.

Usually I take photos during 1.0-1.5 hours. The start time depend on the weather, place, season and etc. Normally, I do the photoshoot of interior at day time.
The interior should be clean and prepared for the photoshoot.
During the photoshoot I serve the table with equipment that you have in the property (dishes, glasses, spoons, knifes, forks etc.)

The photographs will be provided digitally. A download link will be sent via WeTransfer. The full-resolution photographs will be in JPEG format, with a resolution of 300 dpi and approximately 20 megapixels per image. Additionally, a link to web-sized photographs will be provided, suitable for easy uploading to websites, if required.

Within three days of the photoshoot, you will receive photographs of your property. The specific timeline will be provided when you place your order.
